We have experience with different homes and housing, whether these be greenfield estates, individual homes or brownfield regeneration. We offer full Project Management, QS and Principal Designer services on behalf of the client or our Bank Monitoring services for the lender such as RBS and Clydesdale Banks. In addition, we are involved with adding floors either by basements or mansard extensions. We hold lists of preferred contractors in this field and are able to ensure professional builders for all our schemes.
As a company we aim to challenge across the board, we challenge construction methods and programmes as well as costs. This allows us to continually innovate, provide value engineering, whole life cycle cost advice and ultimately deliver an excellent service for our clients.
We use these skills to look holistically at what went well, what can be done better, what can be done quicker and what can be done at a lower cost. And this helps us adapt as a company, reacting pragmatically as each project develops.
