McLeod and Aitken were excited to be part of this New Sustainability Store Project in Brighton. The project was a developer shell fit out scheme for Pets at Home, for which McLeod and Aitken provided cost management services from inception to completion.

The works consisted of a sales area included of an Events Hub, Aquatics, Pet Village and Click and Collect facilities, along with the construction of a Vets practice and state of the art Grooming salon.
A number of sustainability initiatives were also adopted by the client related to energy performance and the construction of equipment/furniture utilising recycled materials
